December 31st The Military Bowl Parade on Monday, Dec. 31 is looking for volunteers with convertibles to drive Medal of Honor Recipients, pageant winners and other VIPs in the parade. Staging begins at 7:45 am in downtown Annapolis and the parade begins at 9 AM at City Dock, concluding around 10:30 AM at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

Volunteers can receive two complimentary tickets to attend the Military Bowl, which pits Virginia Tech against Cincinnati, with kickoff at noon on New Year's Eve.

Designated one of the nation’s top five auto shows by the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers, The Washington Auto Show®, a world class event, continues to wow audiences with its cutting-edge exhibits, latest model cars and displays of historic vehicles.

As the “Public Policy Show” on the auto show circuit, the 10-day public show is preceded by two Public Policy Preview Days of special events and announcements for officials in government, industry and the media.

The Washington Auto Show is also the largest public show in Washington, D.C. Over the course of its many years this beloved and historic D.C. tradition has attracted Washingtonians of all stripes – and political affiliations. Visitors enjoy the annual trek to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for the entertainment, as much as for the experience of viewing the hundreds of cars on exhibit.

October 19th from 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the Glenview Mansion grounds 603 Edmonston Drive Rockville Maryland 20851 to see more than 550 antique and classic automobiles. From Packard to Ferrari, 32 car clubs are represented during this grand event while auto collectors and enthusiasts share the fond memories of the classic cars of yesteryear. The show also has a flea market and car sales area. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event. This event is open to the public and admission is free. Each year, the Mayor and Council of Rockville select one vehicle to receive the Mayor and Council Award.  The 2018 recipient was a 1903 Pierce Stanhope owned by Don Silbert
