As the “Public Policy Show” on the auto show circuit, the 10-day public show is preceded by two Public Policy Preview Days of special events and announcements for officials in government, industry and the media.

The Washington Auto Show is also the largest public show in Washington, D.C. May 16TH to May 19TH Cruisin Ocean City Get ready for one of the hottest hot rod shows on the East Coast, the 29th Annual Cruisin Ocean City, as it returns to the beachside resort town of Ocean City Maryland, May 16-17-18-19, 2019. This nationally recognized event attracts more than 3,300 customs, hot rods, street machines, classics and more from over 20 states plus Canada. Lots of car shows and vendors will be taking place at the Convention Center Parking Lot and the Inlet Parking Lot, plus several more car shows will be taking place at various business locations in and around Ocean City. New this year an additional location will be added to Cruisin at the US 13 Dragway, in Delmar DE, just a quick drive from OC MD. Events will take place Friday and Saturday during Cruisin weekend. More details will be added soon Special guests and concert announcements will be coming soon Another new event for Cruisin 2019 will be the Cruisin Car Corral Thursday & Friday inside the OC Convention Center. June 14th  Brooke Grove Retirement Village's 2019 "Red, White & Blue" Vintage Car Show will be Friday, , from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Westbrooke Clubhouse, 18310 Slade School Road, Sandy Spring, MD 20860. (Rain date will be Friday, June 21st.) Because that is Flag Day, we will encourage car owners and guests to wear red, white, and blue. However, cars of all colors will be welcomed. We will enjoy live patriotic & big band music provided by the Swing Time Big Band, and we have invited the Antietam Dairy Truck here to serve delicious, homemade ice cream. June 15th Mt Airy Home Town Chili Cook Off 11AM - 6PM  Wher downtown Mt Airy 21771. There is also a Car Show. More details will follow.

October 19th from 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the Glenview Mansion grounds 603 Edmonston Drive Rockville Maryland 20851 to see more than 550 antique and classic automobiles. From Packard to Ferrari, 32 car clubs are represented during this grand event while auto collectors and enthusiasts share the fond memories of the classic cars of yesteryear. The show also has a flea market and car sales area. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event. This event is open to the public and admission is free. Each year, the Mayor and Council of Rockville select one vehicle to receive the Mayor and Council Award.  The 2018 recipient was a 1903 Pierce Stanhope owned by Don Silbert
