Harry Troxler's 1965 Chevelle

I bought it 4 years ago from a guy in Urbana. It had a small block engine and a column shifted automatic trans. I drove it twice and realized this was not my idea of a hot rod.
That first winter I removed the engine, trans, rearend, suspension system and brakes. As time and finances permitted I installed Global West tubular suspension parts, Wilwood disc brakes, a Richmond 5 speed trans and single 4 barrel +.030 over 454 cid engine. I drove for (1) season with that combination and then last winter under the guidance of Justin and George Reggio from Maryland Performance Center in Frederick rebuilt the engine and changed it to blown combination with PBM aluminum heads, Comp Cams hydraulic roller camshaft BDS 871 blower with (2) Quick Fuel Technologies 850 cfm carbs.
